Before You Book:

  • Is an Herbal Consultation Right for You? Our approach is most suitable for chronic health complaints that are intertwined with other issues. Please note that treatment requires a commitment from the patient and can be fairly expensive. We strongly recommend reviewing our FAQs page before booking to ensure this approach is a good fit for you. We do not accept consultations over the phone or video chat. 

  • For New Patients: If you have chronic health concerns, Frank Lian will use Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic tools (such as pulse and tongue reading, and questioning) to create a treatment plan. Herbs are typically dispensed in convenient granule form (approximately $126 for a 14-day supply). If you prefer raw herbs, please inform Frank during your consultation.

  • For Emergencies: Please note that we do not provide medical procedures or miracle health solutions. We offer Chinese herbal recommendations intended to restore harmony in the body, and treatments may require several months to show significant results. For emergencies or medical diagnoses, please consult your primary care provider.

Booking Your Appointment:

  • Appointment Fee: A non-refundable $40 appointment fee is required for each visit. This fee will be charged to your card on file 2–5 days prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Booking for Multiple People: If you are booking for several patients, please create a separate appointment for each individual under their own name. If multiple appointments in a row are booked under the same name, all but one will be cancelled.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

  • How to Reschedule: If you need to change your appointment time, please cancel your existing booking and find a new slot through the portal.

  • To Cancel After Being Charged: Due to system limitations, if you need to cancel after the $40 appointment fee has been charged (within 2–5 days of your visit), you must email us at linsisterherb@gmail.com to process your cancellation.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a $10 fee.

  • No-Shows: Patients who repeatedly fail to attend their scheduled appointments may be blocked from booking future visits.
